Hello! Since a big part of staying at inns and B&Bs is meeting new people, I wanted to do a quick introduction here. Yes, that’s me below, making a bed.

With a life-long interest in building and entrepreneurship, I got my start in historic restoration. After a few years, I was part of a group that purchased a 1914 Edwardian mansion in Grand Rapids, Michigan in 2007. After 18 months of work, we opened the Leonard at Logan House Bed and Breakfast where I have been working as an innkeeper ever since.
 
As we got rolling, I would often have guests ask me, on nights we were full, if there were other B&Bs in our area. I found myself drawing maps, sending website addresses, and passing along phone numbers. Since not all the B&Bs around us were listed in every directory, they would have been overlooked had I not mentioned them.
 
I am a happy customer of several B&B directories, including bedandbreakfast.com and iloveinns.com. However, since they do charge to be listed, most of these directories are incomplete. This is what I am working to change with innFan; to have one place where ALL inns and B&Bs are listed that is easy to use.
 
This is who I am, and this is what innFan is all about.
