We could charge for a subscription like other directories, but we feel there is a big advantage to both innkeepers and guests to do it this way. You are in the business of selling rooms and this allows you to get a new customer into your property who may very well come back in the future. There also is always the chance they will use the free night as part of a multiple day reservation.
Another benefit to you; the night’s stay expires one year from the date we receive it. If we don’t use it, we lose it. If the guest who buys/wins it doesn’t use it, they lose it. Guests will know when the night expires when they receive the night stay. There is always the chance that you will get the promotion and upgrade for no cost.
~How it works
After submitting the form below, you will be contacted for any additional information needed. Once we are all set and your balloon is upgraded to Pro, we will list your property in the innFan Store. When a customer chooses your property, we will instruct them to email you with their desired date and room. We will also email you their name and contact info. This is to verify that they are your rightful innFan guest.
To keep things simple, the night’s stay is not allowed to have any restrictions such as blackout dates or room limitations. However, if you have certain times of the week/year that you have two or three night minimums, we don’t expect you to make exceptions, we just ask that you would allow the guest to use the certificate for one of the nights booked and pay for the rest as usual.
The night’s stay you supply us with will be auctioned, sold, or donated to help build excitement around both your property and innFan, and to help maintain the site and support future upgrades.
